Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for brand-name commercial foodservice equipment and related installation. The equipment includes a Stero flight-type utensil washer with accessories, custom stainless-steel tabling and sinks, a Powersoak utensil-washing system, a Salvajor pot-and-pan scrap collector, and a TragenFlex conveyor system. The equipment is intended for installation in Mess Halls 2204 and 1365 and must match the specified manufacturers and models; alternates are not permitted. The requirement includes equipment and freight pricing plus a separate installation-only price. Installation includes removal and disposal of existing equipment, transportation and placement of new equipment, welding and assembly, utility connections, plumbing, electrical work, drains, duct modifications, and after-hours work to avoid disrupting mess-hall operations. Factory-certified or authorized technicians must perform specified equipment assembly for warranty purposes. Delivery is required at the stated line-item deadlines, with installation completed by the applicable delivery date. Quotes are evaluated using a best-value tradeoff considering past performance and price.
