Description
The Société des traversiers du Québec is soliciting the supply and delivery of one new steel shot-blasting machine and one new dust collector, with accessories. The referenced equipment is a Husqvarna EBE 500 or equivalent shot blaster and a Husqvarna BDC-99 Longopac or equivalent dust collector. The shot blaster must be electrically powered, manually pushed, suitable for horizontal steel surfaces such as ship decks and industrial steel floors, and meet specified working-width, power, voltage, weight, modular-disassembly, and low-clearance requirements. The dust collector must include automatic pulse cleaning and operate continuously with the shot blaster; required accessories include power cords, a 100-foot power extension, and approximately 300 feet of six-inch suction hose supplied in sections. Delivery is required no later than six weeks after receipt of the purchase order, and the bidder must state the estimated delivery time on the price schedule.
