Description
The U.S. Department of State is requesting quotations for 52 power generation system parts and components supporting the U.S. Consulate General Erbil under RFQ PR15802899. The attached Q&A confirms that Attachment 1 is the complete and controlling list of requested items. Clarifications include a Leica DD120 cable detector configured for 50 Hz power; 220–240 V, 50 Hz variants for specified mains-powered Caterpillar items; and one unit each of the three components listed on Line 52, preferably quoted together. The requirement also includes items such as Milwaukee bandsaw blades, Klein tools, DEWALT/CLC/WERNER ladders and tool storage, and a wet-filled lead-acid battery. Photographic documentation, complete specifications, and manufacturer part-number evidence may satisfy the sample requirement for sole-source OEM parts. Split delivery is permitted if all solicitation delivery requirements are met and all related transportation and handling costs are included in the quotation.
