Description

The University of Utah, on behalf of the Utah Education and Telehealth Network consortium, is soliciting proposals for leased lit-fiber Ethernet wide-area-network services, shared UETN backbone connections, standalone internet access, and Category One network equipment. The solicitation covers multiple Utah education and library entities and includes bandwidth requirements ranging from 1 Gbps to 100 Gbps. Wireless service is not accepted, and dark fiber is not accepted unless specifically requested. Installation and initial configuration are required for the listed service requests. WAN and backbone pricing is requested for five years with one optional one-year extension, while internet access pricing is requested for three years with two sequential one-year extensions, except where the attachments specify different terms.
