Description
The Gloucester County Improvement Authority is seeking qualifications from firms to serve as underwriters for the Authority's tax-exempt and/or taxable bond issuances. The Authority intends to select a group of underwriters and choose particular firms for individual bond transactions during the one-year contract period beginning March 1, 2019. Respondents must describe their firm and relevant resources, identify proposed personnel and roles, explain their ability to market and sell bonds to retail and institutional investors, provide an analysis of their three most recent negotiated tax-exempt financings completed in New Jersey, and list relevant negotiated municipal and authority bond experience with New Jersey issuers during the past two years. Evaluation will consider firm resources, relevant experience, past performance, staff, knowledge of improvement authorities, and bond-distribution capabilities.
