Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking an integrated audio-visual system for the Large and Small Learning Resource Center meeting rooms at the Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center. The scope includes design, CAD drawings, project management, system build, custom programming, equipment supply, deinstallation of the existing system, installation, commissioning, testing, documentation, and staff training. The system must support in-person, virtual, and combined Microsoft Teams meetings. Required equipment includes displays and mounts, AV-over-IP encoders and decoders, a Cisco conference codec, touch panels, cameras, microphones, speakers, network amplifiers and switches, control processors, control interfaces, an equipment rack, a mobile lectern, cabling, connectors, and related installation materials. The contractor must provide on-site installation and training, integrate the approved Cisco control system with the facility network in coordination with VA IT staff, and provide 12 months of service, repairs, maintenance, and remote support.
