Description
The Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands, through its Department of Agriculture, is requesting an informal quotation for the St. Croix Abattoir. The scope includes supplying and installing two upblast exhaust fans, one downblast fresh-air intake fan, three roof electrical systems, and associated miscellaneous supplies and labor. The contractor must also clean and adjust the ventilation systems, provide trucking and lifting, and install 208/230V single-phase fan equipment. The designed system is intended to exchange the kill-floor air volume every five to ten minutes while maintaining balanced exhaust and intake operation.
