Description
Supply Ontario, on behalf of the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement, is issuing a Request for Bids (RFB) to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for the operation of ServiceOntario Service Centres. The procurement will be posted on January 13, 2025, in the Ontario Tenders Portal. ServiceOntario aims to partner with entrepreneurs, business owners, retailers, and corporations to operate service centres in approximately 180 communities across Ontario. Bidders must identify preferred regions and communities. Qualified vendors will be invited to a second-stage selection process for specific centre opportunities, with successful vendors awarded an Issuing Services Agreement (ISA).
