Description
QatarEnergy requires engineering design, procurement, installation, and commissioning to upgrade obsolete Fireye E211 glycol burner control panels at PS-2 and PS-3. The upgrade is intended to address unsupported safety-critical controllers and improve safety compliance, diagnostics, and communications. The scope includes upgrading the burner chassis, including controllers, modules, and flame scanners; upgrading the main burner and two pilot burners; and upgrading the burner and annunciator panels.
