Forestry and Parks is seeking a quote for one new Snowcat ski-trail groomer that meets the mandatory specifications in Sections 1.1–1.7. The requirement includes supply, delivery to the Cooking Lake Blackfoot PRA Shop, installation, functionality demonstration, training, and submission of required technical and supporting documentation with the quote. The purchaser and other Government of Alberta departments may optionally purchase additional units on the same terms, conditions, and pricing during the 180-day period following the RFQ closing date. Delivery of the initial unit is required on or before March 1, 2027.
