Brokerage Account Services for Emerging Markets

The United States International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) is seeking brokerage firms licensed to operate in various global markets to facilitate the sales and trading of publicly traded securities and to assist with transaction settlements. DFC has a strong preference for experienced brokerages licensed to operate in emerging markets, with immediate needs identified in India, Brazil, and Mexico. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the twelve-month open period of this notice. Agreements will be awarded on a best-value basis, and multiple agreements are anticipated. Interested parties must provide a comprehensive list of services, fee structures, countries and exchanges of operation, experience in emerging markets, experience with institutional investors, investor types serviced, and high-level financials. Successful entities will be required to register on SAM.gov.
