Extreme Cold Weather Parkas and Trousers Standing Offer

Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of the Government of Canada and participating Canadian Collaborative Procurement Initiative entities, is seeking Canadian suppliers and suppliers from applicable trading partners to establish a National Master Standing Offer for extreme cold weather parkas and trousers for men and women. The standing offer will support purchases by government departments, agencies, Crown corporations, and participating CCPI entities. The estimated quantities are 150 parkas and 150 trousers per year. The standing offer has a one-year period with four optional one-year extensions for additional quantities, and deliveries will be made to various locations across Canada. The procurement will be awarded competitively using lowest price selection criteria.
