Software Support and Maintenance for ASIS.TO LIMS

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Clinical Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract for one year of software maintenance and support for their ASIS.TO Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). ArgonSoft, the creator and license holder of the proprietary software, is the only vendor capable of providing this service. The required services include gold system support, installation of mandatory updates and minor upgrade packages, and remote support for installation and operation qualification tests. The period of performance is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with the place of performance being the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, MD.
