Catering Services for MA State 911 Department

The Massachusetts State 911 Department is qualifying catering service providers to cater meetings and events at various Department offices, including locations in Middleborough, Milford, Middleton, and Springfield. The department hosts approximately twelve events throughout the year, such as commission meetings, telecommunicator appreciation luncheons, and academy graduations, that typically require food for approximately 50 attendees. The department is using a rolling enrollment process to qualify vendors who can offer breakfast and lunch options, hot and cold food options, individual serving containers and buffet style, and specialized offerings such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and/or kosher selection options. Plastic bottles are not permitted. Services include delivery, setup, warmers/trays, serving utensils, individually packaged condiments, plates, utensils, napkins, and other paper goods.
