Diesel L3 Panel Van

The United Nations Development Programme in Morocco is seeking one turnkey L3 panel van for UNODC. The requested vehicle must be diesel-powered, manually operated with a six-speed gearbox, have two seats, air conditioning, a spare wheel, at least four cylinders, a minimum 60-liter fuel tank, and a useful volume of at least 12 cubic meters. Required minimum dimensions include 5,000 mm overall length, 3,000 mm usable length, 1,500 mm width, 2,000 mm overall height, 1,500 mm usable height, and a 2,500 mm wheelbase; maximum authorized weight is 4,000 kg. White is preferred, subject to availability, and two sets of keys and a three-year warranty are required. The quotation must include the vehicle purchase, registration fees, a detailed technical proposal, proof of legal existence in Morocco, authorization to distribute the van brand, and a pro forma invoice showing amounts excluding VAT, VAT, and including VAT. The offer must be submitted through the supplier portal in Moroccan dirhams, with all attachments in PDF format and clearly named in Latin characters.
