Supply and Delivery of Gasoline Motorcycles, Cargo Tricycles, and Electric Cargo Vehicles

The United Nations Development Programme Philippines invites qualified suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized distributors worldwide to submit quotations for 45 vehicles across nine line items under the EU-PH Partnership for Green Economy Project. The requirement includes gasoline cargo tricycles with open beds, mesh cages, three-opening hatch bodies, collection bodies, and specialized sidecars; gasoline dual-sport and utility motorcycles; and electric cargo tricycles with refill and food-rescue compartments. Offers may cover one or multiple line items, with evaluation and award conducted separately for each line item. The vehicles will support waste management, circular-economy initiatives, community service delivery, and sustainable local development for beneficiary local government units. Suppliers must provide the specified vehicles and configurations, delivery, testing, training, registration and insurance where applicable, decals, manuals, warranty coverage, and after-sales support. The quotation must include the required technical, financial, bidder-information, and after-sales forms, eligibility and experience documentation, technical supporting materials, and line-item pricing. The submission deadline is October 20, 2026, at 06:00 New York time.
