USAFA Rapid Acquisition Commercial Solutions

This Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) seeks innovative commercial technologies and services to meet various objectives of the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) as detailed in Attachment 8 using a streamlined and flexible acquisition method to ensure cadets continue to receive the world-class education and training required by the mission and policy directives. All items, technologies, and services acquired using a CSO will be treated as commercial items. This CSO is a 'CSO with Calls,' meaning that the initial issuance does not request proposals, but rather functions as the framework for future Calls by identifying the technical areas detailed in Attachment 8 and the basic terms and administrative information of the CSO. Offerors may submit proposals only in response to a specified AoI issued during an open call for proposals. Awards as a result of this announcement will be in the form of FAR Part 12 commercial contracts. The Government also reserves the right to award Other Transactions (OT).
