On-Call Construction Support Services

The South Tahoe Public Utility District is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants for providing construction support services. These services are mostly within the area of expertise of the District's engineering department, such as construction management and construction inspection. Due to the expansion of its Capital Improvement Program, this support is needed to offset the workload of the Department. Some services covered under this RFQ, however, are outside the expertise of the Department, such as special inspection and materials testing, but generally needed for performing capital improvements and maintenance work associated with a water/wastewater utility. The District intends for this RFQ to remain open for SOQ submission until closed (five years after the date of issuance), and qualified Consultants may remain on a list of qualified Consultants for 5 years.
