Description
The United Nations Development Programme is procuring two lots of police apparel for regular duties in Montenegro under a Long-Term Agreement: Lot 1 includes visor caps, short and winter jackets, short- and long-sleeved shirts, summer and winter trousers, coveralls, rain suits, and backpacks; Lot 2 includes winter caps, balaclavas, short-sleeved T-shirts, turtleneck shirts, polo shirts, thermal active underwear, and summer and winter socks. Estimated quantities range from 4,000 to 16,000 units per item, and bidders may submit offers for one or both lots but must offer all items and quantities within each selected lot. The solicitation requires the bidder to be the manufacturer or include the manufacturer in a joint venture, consortium, or association. Bidders must provide technical and qualification documentation, detailed production and implementation plans, fixed unit pricing, bid security, and extensive evidence of manufacturing capacity, personnel, quality systems, financial standing, and relevant experience. Representative finished-product and material samples must be sealed by an accredited laboratory and accompanied by laboratory and inspection reports. The LTA is initially for one year, with delivery generally required within 120 calendar days of each purchase-order signature; no minimum purchase quantity is guaranteed.
