Description
Description
The Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation (OCABR) is seeking arbitrators to hear cases and render decisions for the Lemon Law Arbitration Program. The program resolves disputes between consumer purchasers of new and used motor vehicles and manufacturers, dealers, and lessors. Arbitrators will be compensated $150 per hearing. Appointment to the arbitrator pool does not guarantee a minimum number of cases.
