Social Network Analysis Mapping and Visualization Software

The Department of National Defence requires a commercial off-the-shelf social network analysis mapping and visualization software solution to analyze interdependencies among projects and other digital products. The solution must support five concurrent users, deployment in separate AWS restricted-zone testing/development and production environments, offline license activation, browser-based access, role-based access control, AWS Identity and Access Management Identity Center single sign-on, and operation in an Internet-isolated production environment. The software must import and export element and relationship data in Excel-compatible or CSV formats, automatically interpret relational data, support manual editing, and provide interactive visualizations with at least 500 elements and 10,000 relationships. Required capabilities include filtering, labeling, popovers, customizable element and relationship formatting, dependency-map generation, overlap removal, and browser-based sharing. The contractor must provide support, maintenance releases, updates, security patches, user and administrative documentation, and an Internet-accessible software download link. The initial term is one year with up to three additional one-year option periods; optional items include up to 20 additional user licenses and virtual training for up to five personnel for up to two days. No security clearance or other security requirement is associated with the solicitation.
