Description
The State of California, Department of Rehabilitation is soliciting informal competitive quotes for vending machines to be installed at the Enoch Christofferson SRRA Northbound rest stop. The required items include: * One (1) Frozen Vending Machine * One (1) Hot Drink Vending Machine * Three (3) Vandal Resistant Merchandiser Snack Machines * Four (4) Cold Drink Vending Machines Installation requires secure strapping of machines, framing, and integration into existing structures. Delivery trucks must be equipped with a lift gate and pallet jack. The vendor must also arrange for the removal or trade-in of nine existing vending machines, providing recycling receipts and barcode tags upon invoice submission. All machines must be newly manufactured and meet applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including ADA, UL standards, and California Appliance Efficiency Regulations. The vendor must be a manufacturer or a factory-authorized supplier and provide detailed equipment descriptions, specifications, and model numbers with their quote. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
