Description
The Massachusetts State Police is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of propane. The contract will be available for use by the Department of State Police, the Department of Fire Services, the MA Emergency Management Agency, the Department of Correction, the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security (EOPSS), other Departments that fall under EOPSS, and Sheriff's Departments. The awarded bidder will guarantee that the product supplied meets or exceeds ASTM Specifications for Liquefied Petroleum (LP) Gases, Designation D1835 and NFPA58 2020 Ed. Normal delivery lead time will be 24 hours, and 48 hours for holidays and weekends.
