Description

The U.S. Embassy Brussels seeks suppliers for multiple blanket purchase agreements covering building and construction materials for routine maintenance, repairs, renovations, and projects at embassy facilities and residences. Requested items include masonry products, timber and sheet materials, drywall and insulation, roofing and waterproofing products, finishing materials, paving and drainage supplies, fasteners, hand tools, protective sheeting, personal protective equipment, and other site consumables. Suppliers must maintain stock of commonly ordered items, provide compatible alternatives for unavailable products subject to embassy approval, and provide technical assistance with product selection and quantity estimates. The contractor must accept orders by email, telephone, in person, or through an online platform if available; confirm orders in writing within one business day; and provide delivery or authorized counter pickup. Standard delivery is expected within three business days of order confirmation, with urgent delivery within 24 hours when stock permits. Bulk and heavy deliveries require suitable vehicles and unloading equipment. The scope also includes delivery notes, technical data sheets when needed, safety data sheets for chemical products, and invoices with supporting documentation. Products must meet applicable Belgian and EU requirements, and defective or incorrectly supplied items must be replaced within 48 hours. Quotations must include a current price catalog and any delivery charges, including crane or bulk-delivery fees. The BPA has a four-year validity period, from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2030; aggregate calls may not exceed $33,000 or the euro equivalent.
