Labor Arbitrator Services

The Massachusetts Human Resources Division is seeking bidders to acquire pre-qualified labor arbitrators to maintain a list of qualified arbitrators available to Commonwealth departments. These arbitrators are utilized under the terms of collective bargaining agreements between the Commonwealth and various labor unions, where grievances may be brought to arbitration for final resolution. The arbitrator is a neutral party selected by mutual agreement to hear facts of the grievance and render a binding decision or opinion. To remain on the qualified list, current labor arbitrators must submit a response to this RFR. This is a rolling enrollment contract open until November 15, 2024, and additional qualified bidders may submit responses at any time for evaluation on an as-needed basis.
