Accelerating Market Readiness Program

This is a five-year open Broad Agency Announcement for the Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA) Office of Technical Services (OTS), Accelerating Market Readiness (AMR) Program. White papers will only be solicited under individual calls that will be posted separately in SAM. The AMR program funds testing and field evaluations, pilot demonstration projects, and documentation and dissemination of performance results to widen the knowledge base on innovations. The goal is to move innovations into the marketplace to accelerate project delivery.
