Event Services

The Massachusetts State Police is seeking responses from bidders who can provide commodities and services related to the planning and execution of an event. These services include catering, event space rental, hotel room accommodations, equipment rental, Master of Ceremony services, and promotional merchandise. Examples include the rental of tents, tables, and chairs; event space for state police academy graduations; event space for grant-funded law enforcement conferences; and other event rentals and services not available on a statewide contract. Bidders may choose to be qualified in a single county, in multiple counties, or statewide. Bidders receiving a catering contract as a result of this RFR will be required to provide services to all cities or towns listed within the counties they are awarded.
