Description
The Government of Canada is seeking six parts kits for valves used in Victoria-class submarines. The requirement consists of two line items for the same part: NSN 4820-01-468-2768, part number B654080002, manufactured by Sea Recovery Corporation under NCAGE 1BZ02, with three units for each destination. Equivalent or substitute products may be proposed, but bidders must provide the offered brand, model and/or part number, NCAGE, complete specifications and descriptive literature, and technical compliance information demonstrating equivalency in form, fit, function, quality and performance. The goods must be new and comply with the stated packaging, quality assurance, shelf-life, labeling and delivery requirements. The solicitation uses lowest evaluated price among offers meeting the mandatory technical criteria and permits submissions in either English or French.
