Description
The United Nations Development Programme is procuring 600 meters of three-phase copper power cable with cable lugs: 300 meters for Bishkek, 250 meters for Osh, and 50 meters for Dzhalal-Abad. The cable must have five 50 mm² cores, 0.4 kV voltage, PVC or XLPE insulation, a protective sheath, and the specified copper cable-lug sets for each beneficiary. Delivery is required within 30 calendar days after contract signature under DDP terms, with delivery costs included in the unit prices. Bidders must submit pricing for each line item, a completed and signed Annex 1 Schedule of Requirements, Annex 2 Quotation Submission Form, Annex 3 Technical and Financial Offer, a company profile, legal-entity or private-entrepreneur registration certificate, evidence of at least two successful similar supplies with recent contracts and client contact details, and a certificate of conformity to TR TS 004/2011 or an equivalent. Quotations must be submitted through the Quantum supplier portal, with attachments in PDF format and clearly named using the Latin alphabet. The quotation must remain valid for 90 days from the submission deadline.
