Supply and Delivery of Two Utility Terrain Vehicles

The Nunatsiavut Government is seeking a quotation for two new 2026 Can-Am Defender MAX DPS Cab HD10 utility terrain vehicles, or equivalent units, for its Infrastructure Division maintenance personnel. Each unit must have seating for at least six people, electric start, a full cab enclosure with hard doors, a cab heater, windshield wiper kit, and specified hitch components. Equivalent or superior units may be proposed with complete descriptive literature and must meet the stated specifications. The successful supplier must deliver one unit to Hopedale and one to Nain, including arranging and paying for transportation and marine freight from Happy Valley–Goose Bay, and must bear risk of loss until delivery and acceptance. The quotation must include pricing in Canadian dollars with HST separately stated, guaranteed delivery lead time, detailed specifications, warranty and servicing information, at least one client reference, a blank standard Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement, the completed quotation form, Inuit Content Scoresheet, and completed specification form. A minimum two-year warranty from delivery and acceptance is required. Quotations are submitted as PDF email attachments no larger than 20 MB, with the RFQ title and reference number in the subject line.
