Steno CART Captioning Services

The Massachusetts Executive Branch is seeking to create a pre-qualified list of Steno CART Captioners, both individuals and businesses, for use by the Executive Branch and other entities upon request. The Massachusetts Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (MCDHH) invites steno CART Captioners, both individuals and businesses, to submit applications. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis throughout the contract term, and additional individual and business CART Captioners may be added at any time.
