Description
Flex High School Ohio is requesting proposals for Category 1 data transmission and Internet access services at two Columbus locations. The solicitation seeks 1 Gbps fiber Internet circuits at each location, with a /29 block of static public IPv4 addresses per circuit, including five usable externally facing addresses. Installation and initial configuration are requested. Bidders must provide pricing for 12-, 24-, and 36-month terms, with options for two single-year voluntary renewals; month-to-month proposals will also be considered. Pricing must include recurring charges, taxes, surcharges, usage fees, and one-time construction or installation costs, and must identify any ineligible services. Proposals must address service availability, required construction, estimated construction duration, bandwidth increases, compatibility, E-Rate experience, and compliance with applicable USAC and E-Rate requirements.
