Crime Lab Equipment Maintenance

The Massachusetts State Police Crime Lab is seeking contractors to provide preventive maintenance, service contracts, and repairs for laboratory equipment. There are several crime lab locations throughout Massachusetts. Work will primarily be performed on a time and materials basis; however, it will be possible to establish specific maintenance agreements under the umbrella of resulting contracts by mutual agreement between a pre-qualified Contractor and a procuring Department. It is not expected that a vendor will be able to service all types of equipment, nor is it anticipated that most vendors will be able to service all geographic locations within the Commonwealth. For these reasons the RFR has been structured such that a vendor can state the type of work it can perform, on what types of equipment, and in what geographic areas.
