OCONUS Medical Q Coded Services

This solicitation is for a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a strategic sourcing acquisition program for Medical Q Coded services outside the continental United States (OCONUS). The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to award five single-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQs) for services in various labor segments, including Direct Patient Service Providers, Mental Health Services, Nursing Services, Medical Support Services, and Dental Services. These services will support Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) and clinics within the Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) region, specifically in Japan and Korea. The contracts will be performance-based and will cover both personal and non-personal services. This amendment extends the Proposal Due Date for IDIQ #1 and IDIQ #2 by 14 days to Monday, 29 June 2026 at 1:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), and adds updated Combined Synopsis Solicitation documents. It also responds to email Question and Answer inquiries and updates Proposal and Questions Due Dates for IDIQ #3, IDIQ #4, and IDIQ #5.
