National Tire Products Master Agreement

The Ontario Education Collaborative Marketplace is seeking qualified suppliers to provide a broad range of new tire products to participating customers across Canada. Product groups include passenger car tires, light truck tires, medium- and heavy-duty truck and bus tires, solid and resilient industrial tires, small and medium off-the-road tires, and winter tires. Other proposed products, including retread tires, may also be offered. Suppliers must provide products that meet applicable OEM specifications, Canadian regulatory requirements, and relevant industry standards. The resulting non-exclusive master agreement is intended to support customer purchases on an as-required basis, with customer-specific agreements establishing quantities, delivery arrangements, and rates. Proponents must be the OEM, an eligible Canadian OEM entity, or an OEM-authorized reseller; authorized resellers must submit an OEM authorization letter. Pricing is based on minimum percentage discounts from OEM Canadian MSRP, with one commercial response permitted per OEM.
