Army Communications Operations and Maintenance Support

The U.S. Army intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with V2X Systems LLC for comprehensive repair, preventive maintenance, technical sustainment, and operational support of Army communications equipment, satellite networks, tactical networks, and related infrastructure. The estimated value is $206 million, including options, and the notice is not a request for competitive proposals; the Government will not accept proposals in response to this notice. The requirement includes 24/7/365 support for Regional Cyber Center systems, network operations centers, strategic transmission and satellite facilities, switchboard and command-and-control switching systems, DRSN hardware, outside-plant fiber-optic and copper cable, emergency generators, fuel pods, large-scale UPS systems, and dedicated HVAC systems. The action consists of a 12-month base period followed by four three-month option periods, for a total of 24 months. Interested parties may submit a capability statement by email, but no competitive proposal is being solicited.
