Instructional and Business-Based Curricula Professional Services

The United Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified independent contractors (individuals, entities, or firms) to provide a wide range of instructional and business-based co-curricula and curricula professional services. The District intends to establish a pool of pre-qualified vendors to meet its ongoing needs for these services such as motivational/convocation speakers, trainers, professional development, coaches, mentors, and consultants. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish an approved pool of vendors to provide the above-mentioned professional services for the district to use as needed. This solicitation and awards only apply to vendors who perform these services directly to the District and does not include architectural or engineering services. This is not an all or none bid and is an unsealed and continuous bid process, allowing vendors to submit proposals at any time but vendors will only be taken to the board for approval quarterly.
