Description
The Department of National Defence, on behalf of the Royal Canadian Air Force, is procuring commercially available hardware to support JTRS Platform I radios in fixed-site Link 16 operational and training environments. The requirement includes 20 external DC power supply units capable of nominal 280 VDC at a minimum continuous current of 5.6 A, 20 rack-mount multi-fan cooling trays compatible with standard 19-inch racks, and factory-terminated power, data/control, human-machine-interface, timing, and crypto-fill cable assemblies. The procurement is for hardware only and excludes installation, system integration, configuration, testing, and operational certification. Required items must be new and unused. Certain radio-mating cable assemblies require suppliers to already hold valid authorization and technical-data access for controlled U.S. Government interface specifications. Optional pricing is requested for additional quantities for up to two years following contract award. The initial deliverables are due by March 31, 2027.
