Copier Lease and Maintenance

The Sacramento Valley National Cemetery requires a contractor to lease and maintain two copier/printer machines. The contract includes a base year and four option years. The contractor will provide two floor model Multi Function Devices such as Xerox Altalink C8035T or equivalent. The machines must connect to the VA network with a PIV card slot. The machines must have fax, copy, print, and scanning, 3-hole punch, stapling, and folding capabilities. The contractor shall provide maintenance including labor, parts, scheduled and unscheduled repairs/maintenance including lubrication. The contractor shall provide toner for the machines, with at least 4 extra toner sets. The contractor shall deliver and install the machines within 30 days of contract award and remove them on the last day of Option Year 4.
