Description
The U.S. Department of State, through the U.S. Embassy in Tegucigalpa, is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation for a broad range of construction materials for the Choluteca Morgue. The 91-line requirement includes plumbing and drainage components, electrical supplies, structural steel, fasteners, welding materials, drywall and suspended-ceiling materials, insulation, concrete products, and related hardware. The contractor must provide new, non-refurbished materials, perform pre-delivery inspection, consolidate deliveries where practicable, transport and unload the materials, and replace items damaged or lost during transportation or found defective. Prices must be quoted in Honduran lempiras and remain valid for 60 calendar days. Delivery is required no later than 30 calendar days after contract award. The quotation must include completed solicitation sections, clear product descriptions and specification sheets, relevant experience, business and SAM registration evidence, organizational and financial information, a delivery and quality plan, and required representations and certifications.
