Description
The Government of Canada is conducting the second stage of a two-stage competitive procurement for the supply of 2027 or newer model-year light-duty vehicles. Only offerors qualified through the first-stage NPP process may submit bids in this phase. Qualified offerors that meet the mandatory requirements may become standing-offer holders under a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO). The procurement uses selective competitive tendering and lowest-price selection criteria.
