Enterprise Resource Planning and Student Information System Solution

The University of Lethbridge is seeking proposals from qualified respondents for the provision, licensing, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support of a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Student Information System (SIS) solution. The initiative is intended to modernize administrative and student-facing processes, reduce manual workarounds, improve data quality, strengthen reporting and analytics, enable secure self-service, and standardize workflows across academic and administrative units. The proposed solution should support financial, employee, vendor, student, academic, and institutional data; digital forms and workflow automation; role-based access; accessibility and inclusion; Canadian post-secondary, privacy, payroll, procurement, tax, reporting, and other compliance obligations; and scalable, configurable operations with limited unnecessary customization. The scope includes software licensing or subscriptions, hosting, maintenance, updates, upgrades, product support, interfaces, reporting, security, documentation, and vendor support. Implementation, configuration, data migration, integration development, testing, training, change management, deployment, and project management may be procured separately.
