Newspaper Advertising Services

The United Nations Development Programme's Bangladesh office is seeking a supplier for a three-year Long-Term Agreement for advertising publication services. The scope includes procurement and vacancy notices in black and white; color promotion and awareness advertisements on front, back, and inner newspaper pages; and advertisements of any required size in black-and-white or color formats on the inner pages of national newspapers. Required formats include specified inch-by-column dimensions, as well as full-page and half-page placements. The supplier must demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience, provide evidence of comparable completed assignments, maintain responsive communications and a designated focal person, and initiate publication arrangements within two hours of receiving instructions. Quotations must be submitted through the Quantum supplier portal, with the technical compliance sheet and financial proposal template completed as applicable. The agreement is for three years, with no guaranteed minimum quantity of services.
