Awards, Custom, and Promotional Items

Humble ISD is accepting proposals for RFP 2026-106 Awards, Custom and Promotional Items on a recurring basis. This RFP combines and replaces the Custom Apparel and Accessories bid and the Awards and Promotional Items bid. Contracts for the previous bids (2025-104 and 2025-105) will be upheld, but if a company was only awarded on one bid, they will only be allowed to provide those specific services. Awarded companies on the new RFP will be able to provide all related services, with the contract valid until June 30, 2028. This is a rolling proposal, with vendors reviewed and awarded throughout its term. March 31, 2028, is the last date to respond for consideration. Vendors should submit responses immediately to be considered for the approved vendor list. The services requested include awards (medals, plaques, trophies), recognition items (achievement awards, honor roll, perfect attendance), custom and promotional items (backpacks, bags, jugs), and embroidery, engraving, and laser services for items such as backpacks, bags, and supplies, as well as yard signs.
