General Merchandise for Humble ISD

Humble Independent School District is seeking proposals for General Merchandise through RFP 2026-105E. This RFP is issued on a rolling basis, with proposals accepted until April 11, 2028, at 2:00 PM CT. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses promptly to be considered for the approved vendor list. The district requires a comprehensive range of products and associated services to support its administrative functions, educational activities, facility maintenance, and student services. Eligible items include, but are not limited to, appliances, cafeteria service support items, facility maintenance and custodial supplies, furniture, industrial equipment and tools, material handling equipment, medical equipment and supplies (excluding AEDs), office supplies and equipment, and rental services. Items specifically excluded from this solicitation as general merchandise include athletic equipment/services, awards and promotional items, books and publications, educational and consulting services, instructional materials, and school safety products and services. Award criteria will include purchase price/discount, vendor reputation and quality of goods/services, extent to which needs are met, vendor's past relationship with the district, total long-term cost, and vendor compliance with terms. Vendors awarded will be placed on an approved vendor list, though this does not guarantee any purchase volume. Humble ISD reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities, add or delete campuses, and add new items as needed.
