Description
This is a competitive requirement for the manufacture and supply of an elevation servo. The Department of the Navy is seeking proposals from authorized suppliers. All quotes must be submitted electronically via email to CHARLES.T.MILLER7.CIV@US.NAVY.MIL by the closing date of March 16, 2026. The resultant award will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Key requirements include MIL-STD packaging and Government Source Inspection. All freight is FOB Origin. Offerors must provide justification with their quotes, including unit price, total price, delivery lead time, and quote expiration date (minimum 90 days requested). If the offeror is not the manufacturer, an official letter or email from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming authorized distributorship is required. Evaluation will be based on price, past performance, and supplier performance risk. Past performance will consider successful performance, quality and timeliness of delivery, cost management, communications, and customer satisfaction.
