Operational Tactical Clothing for NATO Close Protection Unit

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization is soliciting quotations for Lot 1, operational and tactical clothing for its Close Protection Unit. Required items include trousers, tactical shirts, jackets, and waterproof trousers and jackets in a variety of sizes and discreet color options. Specifications include durability, mobility, lightweight and breathable materials, protective features, adjustable components, no-melt/no-drip materials, water repellency, waterproofing, ventilation, and GORE-TEX or similar waterproof breathable membrane technology. The supplier must provide technical and administrative support, deliver the clothing, designate bilingual English/French points of contact, and include all labor, materials, transportation, and related costs in its pricing. The offer must include a technical proposal, completed technical evaluation matrix, pricing schedule, bidder identification form, responsibility certification, schedule of exceptions, conflict-of-interest statement, origin-of-supplies certificate, and reviewed model contract. The resulting contract has an initial three-year duration with two optional one-year extensions.
