MTEL Test Preparation Departmental Master Agreement

The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) is seeking bidders to establish a Departmental Master Agreement with organizations that can effectively support candidates in passing the MTEL. DESE aims to identify high-quality MTEL preparation resources. Organizations selected for the Master Agreement will be included on a prequalified list and gain access to exclusive opportunities. DESE may also purchase vouchers for test preparation to distribute to test-takers and will promote the selected organizations on the DESE website and at public events.
