CDBG-DR and CDBG-MIT Notary Services

The Puerto Rico Department of Housing is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide notary services related to its Community Development Block Grant–Disaster Recovery and Community Development Block Grant–Mitigation programs, including current and subsequent action plans and future fund allocations. The procurement is intended to support long-term disaster recovery, mitigation, resilience, and related program activities. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the department’s Agiloft platform; physical submissions are not accepted. Proposers must possess a Unique Entity Identifier and be registered in the System for Award Management, or initiate registration immediately after submitting the proposal. Awards are subject to contractor clearance and applicable local and federal requirements, including HUD requirements.
