Description
QatarEnergy is soliciting a contractor to replace obsolete electrical equipment at several plants and stations in the Dukhan Field while maintaining existing operations without process disruption. The scope covers replacement of air circuit breakers at the RG Plant, Train 1 and 2 fuel gas heater panels at FNGLS, and a generator control panel at the ARAB-D Plant. The opportunity identifies shutdown sensitivity for the RG Plant and ARAB-D Plant work. A tender fee of 500 is stated, along with a bond of 250,000; the bond must remain valid for 150 days from the bid closing date, and offers must remain valid for 120 days from the bid closing date.
